Cake creations

13 S5 pupils have taken on the challenges that is the National 5 Cake Craft course in the 2017/2018 session.  They have spent the past few weeks designing, planning and producing these beautiful cakes for their chosen special occasion. The pupils are required to complete 5 techniques from producing up to 3 detailed models, piping or crimping around the cake, embossing, texturing, stenciling or detail using commercial aids or cutters. The whole assignment is worth 75% of their final marks and they should all be delighted in what they have produced.
