SmartSTEM Event, RGU

Fifteen S2 pupils attended a STEM event today at Robert Gordon’s University as part of a national drive to increase the number of females entering STEM related careers. Pupils attended talks about possible careers and took part in a broad range of workshops to do with process engineering, remotely operated underwater vehicles, meningitis and anthropology. Dr Ness and Miss Stevens were particularly impressed by the pupils’ competitiveness, creativity and maturity. Well done to all who attended.
