Hazlehead pupil, Amy Campbell, took part in the future chef project last week. Feedback was that although Amy didn’t win she impressed the judges and her dessert was the best on the day and she only narrowly missed out on winning. Amy could still have a chance of going through to the final in Inverness as the highest scoring runner up from all the competitions. We should find this out by the end of the week. Amy’s dishes were a Spanish cod and onion cous cous dish for her main and a passion fruit pannacotta with a pineapple syrup for pudding.
